A sufficient scope of the necessary design documentation guarantees the manufacturer of machinery the opportunity to provide relevant proof of the necessary production documentation for its products at any time upon request of the supervisory authority. Accompanying technical documentation of machinery responsibly maintained by their operator is a suitable tool for systematic control of the correct use of these equipment by his employees, as well as for continuous monitoring of the fulfillment of machine safety requirements. Knowledge of the scope of technical documentation of machines and lines is also a basic prerequisite for setting up quality contracts between suppliers and customers - the future operators of these facilities.

The training summarizes all current legislative and technical procedures and requirements for the correct and safe operation of machinery (machines and lines). The content includes the basic legislative requirements for the operation of these devices as well as practical examples of the most common errors and deficiencies on specific machines and technological lines. The training will guide the machine operator through the standard procedure of verifying their safety to the extent necessary to meet the requirements of authorized legal entities (OPOs), which is legislatively required for the safe operation of these devices within the Slovak Republic.

The content of training on the topic of stable means of access to machines is classification, construction requirements and the correct use of appropriately selected means of access. Stairs, platforms, ladders and ramps leading to machinery or lines are often used with high frequency by the employees of the operator of these facilities when operating, servicing, maintaining or repairing the machinery and lines. The correct choice or construction of means of access has a direct impact on the safety of these employees when performing their daily work activities. The training provides a detailed explanation of the main technical standards regarding the choice and design requirements for the production of stable means of access. The content also includes examples of frequent cases of non-fulfillment of the requirements of specific standards, inappropriate design or incorrect use of these means.

The training presents the issue of implementation of changes on operating machinery in various scopes. Increasing efficiency, performance or production capacity, as well as the required change in the safety system of machinery and technology, are often closely linked with the necessity of structural intervention in equipment that was previously put on the market or put into operation according to the legislation and technical standards in force at the time. Depending on the extent of the specific change made on the machine or within the line, the implementer of this change has fundamental obligations for the further safe use of these devices, especially in relation to their operator. The content of the training is the presentation of the currently used framework of access to implemented changes on machinery and their more detailed characterization.

The training is a detailed overview of the technical standard STN EN ISO 13855, which deals with the placement of electrosensitive protective devices (AOPD) used to detect or protect parts of the human body. AOPD devices are high-frequency protective devices used to protect the operator of a wide range of machines or lines. Their inappropriate selection, connection or placement increases the risk of harm to the health of the operator or the occurrence of damage to the equipment itself. Knowledge of the correct selection, connection and safe installation distance of AOPD elements has a fundamental impact on the safety of operating machines and lines.
